The Hardy Recon Center, part of the Penske Automotive Group family, is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our Hardy Recon center.

The Body Shop Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable Recon center. This manager will operate the department at maximum production while controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, maintaining service records, and fostering good employee relationships in a positive environment.
