Seeking a professional, innovative, and creative individual to create quality boats that perform and last. If you have a love for the industry, an eye for attention to detail, and previous experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand the project specifications we would love to have you.

salary: $62,400 - $83,200 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications

  • Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions

  • Weld and solder metal components together to assemble structures or parts

  • Operate machinery and tools to fabricate, shape, and cut materials

  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction projects

  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • manual lifting up to 75lbs

Skills

  • Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is preferred)
