About the Role:

BCBAs are at the heart of everything we do in our clinics. Our parents look to you as the expert on their child’s therapy and progress, our technicians look to you for clinical mentoring and guidance and our clients consider you a trusting presence that helps guide their journey. The Ally clinical model provides the ability to make clinical recommendations that fit the goals of each individual family and child. You will have the freedom and support to ensure that each child is receiving the best therapy and approach possible to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Ally’s clinics are all fully staffed with full-time technicians and you will also be supported by key operational leadership positions in each clinic who help ensure that the clinical team can focus their time and efforts on providing great therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage initial client assessments to create a personalized treatment plan including individualized dosage and supervision based on clinical standards.

  • Create, monitor, and revise client treatment plans and goals to support client growth and skill mastery.

  • Provide supervision, training and feedback to ensure staff implement client programs with fidelity. Collaborate with client’s treatment team to ensure a unified and effective approach.

  • Lead and manage Family Treatment Guidance sessions.

  • Actively participate in coordination of care efforts with speech and feeding teammates.

Requirements

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Strong preference for candidates with existing licensure status in the state of Arizona.

  • Must be physically able to direct and supervise sessions.

  • Must be competent in administering a variety of assessments and creating treatment plans.

  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid Certification.

  • Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
