The candidate will be working with General Manager on all warehouse operational tasks.

Position: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish/English)

Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire

Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: \$20/hr.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Oversee and manage inventory, addressing discrepancies and promoting accuracy.

Enforce safety protocols & provide trainings for new hires.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination between departments.

Resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining a positive and efficient work atmosphere.

Optimize workflow efficiency, reducing errors and improving overall productivity.

Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Proven experience in warehouse leadership or a related field.

Excellent communication skills in both languages for effective collaboration and training.

Problem-solving skills to address operational issues and optimize workflows.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions)

Organizational and time-management skills

Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
