Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating electronic data systems in accordance with the needs of the company. Activities include evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing, testing and maintaining computer programs, and preparing systems documentation. Executes technical plans, system analysis, detailed design specifications, development, unit and component testing.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating software delivery on Parthenon platforms to deploy technology solutions on different environments and initiatives.

Assists in preparing technical design specifications documents based on functional requirements.

Participates in architecture, design, and code reviews.

Follows Change Management procedures for software deployment and testing, including the creation of deployment plans.

Supporting Software Testing cycles as needed.

Integration of systems by working with different teams and Stakeholders.

Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Bilingual Spanish is required.

Work Experience: 5-9 years as a Technical Analyst in Financial Services;

Experience on E2E delivery projects

Experience with Waterfall and Agile Project Management Methodologies highly recommended.

Functional Knowledge in Core Banking Financial areas such as Deposit Products (Checking, Savings and CDs), Cash Management, Accounting.

Expert in Incident Management tools such as Service Now.

Technical Skills Required :

-Microfocus, Oracle

-Cobol, JCL, CICS

-DB2, Control M.,

-API, Vendor APIs and Jira highly recommended

Skills and Abilities:

Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.

Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.

Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Able to design applications using new or existing methodologies. Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.

Able to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility.
