Description

The Administrative Assistant is the primary contact between the Manager and reconditioning team. Now hiring in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a Entry Level position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for logging and tracking all work flow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer

  • Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles

  • Coordination of repair activities

  • Manage all billing and invoicing

  • Follow company procedures and policies at all times.

  • Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.

  • Administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner,

  • Conduct quality control inspections

  • Inspect vehicles for damage, suggest needed repairs and provide estimates

    Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.

  • computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively.

  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.

  • Strong communication and interaction skills required.

  • Excellent organizational skills required.

  • Good eye for detail and high quality standards.
