We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position will collaborate with various departments including warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain valuable experience with a prominent manufacturing company.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Review and sign off on daily receiving batches from the warehouse

  • Maintain the Arizona Daily Receiving Log

  • Conduct bi-monthly Receiving Log Audits with resolution

  • Number, audit, image, file, and archive Daily Receiving Packets

  • Identify discrepancies in receive & breaks vs. claims and process below threshold receive and breaks

  • Handle inventory adjustments, code to code movements, and layer adjustments post-Staff Accountant validation

  • Log samples received into DC warehouse

  • Transfer invoices for imaging

  • Provide Bills of Lading (BOL) to receivers as needed
