The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Deans Office is seeking an enthusiastic Academic Success Advisor to join our team in the Armstrong Hall Student Services Hub. The Armstrong Hall Student Services Hub provides first-year and new transfer student academic advising, programs to enhance student engagement, and career readiness services in one centralized location.\ Under the supervision of a Director of Academic Services, the Academic Success Advisor is primarily responsible for developing relationships with a cohort of first-year students. The Academic Success Advisor supports student success efforts for their assigned cohort of first-year students utilizing a range of in-person and virtual methods including individual advising meetings (in-person, phone, and zoom), email, and first-year seminar course instruction. Other responsibilities include conducting initial advising for incoming first-year and transfer students.\
