Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Scientist is a source of scientific and technical medical imaging expertise for Bioclinica customers and internal Bioclinica departments and personnel. Provides guidance to Bioclinica clients and within Bioclinica in the design and execution of imaging clinical trials, including Imaging protocol design and validation of measurement techniques and results Preparation of Statements of Work and cost estimates Preparation of Manuals, training materials and other study documents Evaluation of sites Training of external and Bioclinica personnel Establishing image quality criteria Site technical support Assisting in the development of quality control, reading, and data transfer systems Evaluation of the results Remain abreast of new developments in medical imaging. Plan and execute imaging research. Assist in the identification and protection of Bioclinica intellectual property Enhance Bioclinica reputation for scientific excellence by participating in conferences and contributing to the scientific literature.

Secondary Responsibilities Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP") Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards

Maintains Technical and Industry Knowledge by Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training

Qualifications: Education: Ph.D in Science or Engineering

Experience: 10 years postdoctoral in medical imaging

Working conditions: Travel: 0-15% Lifting: 0-10lbs Other: Computer work for long periods of time
