The Ryland Apts is currently seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Successful Candidates should possess the following job requirements: * 1 to 3 years' experience in Property Management. * Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and energy management systems * Excellent Customer Service Skills. * Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software * Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations. * Must be available for night/weekend call duty. * Must be able to work during inclement weather. * Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor. * Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc. * Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc. * Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices. * Must be willing to work weekends.
