Description

Title: Security Officer - Unarmed Full Time

We are a property management company seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full Time Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our property and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, tenants, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises

  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates

  • Monitor and respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences

  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven work experience as a Security Officer or similar role

  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
