Partner Manager (663240) - AMER20877-325570 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Job SummaryThe Partner Manager is responsible as the primary liaison with the Customer for executing the deliverables and results outlined within projects.They establish strong relationships with Customer key leaders and team members. Principal Duties and Responsibilities* Develop and support the execution of project deliverables to achieve desired project outcomes and results as outlined in the agreement.* Interact with Customer leaders to address strategic objectives of the program, identify issues and impediments to meeting Customer's goals and define and implement alternative solutions to resolve them.* Provide input and support for enhancing Connected Health's product portfolio.* Duties as otherwise defined to meet business objectives This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Expected Areas of Competence* Demonstrated competence in the Orthopaedic industry, client relations, and project management.* Effective organizational, planning, coaching, and conceptual thinking skills. * Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.* Analytical skills necessary to interpret quantitative and qualitative data relevant to Orthopaedics* Proficient in use of software applications to include EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT.* Interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to interact with executives, physicians and staff.
