Our client, a prominent figure in food, environmental, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic product testing worldwide, seeks to welcome a Technologist to their expanding team!

Pay: $21-$30/hr, depending on experience

Shift Options:

1st: 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

2nd: 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.

3rd: 10:00 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tests across specialties according to procedures.

  • Calculate test results as needed.

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment.

  • Identify and fix basic analyzer issues; notify management.

  • Prepare reagents/media following protocols.

  • Evaluate materials based on set criteria.

  • Conduct quality control procedures; take corrective actions.

  • Establish performance specs for new methods.

  • Confirm results using appropriate techniques.

  • Monitor quality and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Ensure lab safety compliance.

  • Use lab systems for accurate result reporting.

  • Draft procedures in standardized formats.

  • Report test results following protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 plus years experience with HLA

  • PCR, ELISA, some nucleic acid, and RH testing experience.

  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, materials, equipment, and techniques of medical technology

  • Shift flexibility is a must (rotating days/weekends)
