We do what we say.The Manager, Talent Acquisition(Government) will lead a team of Talent AcquisitionPartners (TAPs) and effectively collaborate with senior leadership, HR and hiring managers to attract and retain talent. This involves managing the team's recruiting production, oversight of various job boards, compliance, military recruiting, sourcing, screenings, interviewing, debriefings, negotiating compensation, extending offers and being the champion for Day and Zimmermann in the employment marketplace. The Manager, Talent Acquisition(Government) will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for positions (Director level and above) supporting the Government Services and Munitions lines of business.The Work You'll Be Doing:Responsible for managing the day-to-day talent acquisition operations supporting Government Services and Munitions lines of business. Drives TAPs recruiting activity to ensure team is meeting assigned KPIs. Provides consultation on talent market conditions and strategies for securing talent from the marketplace. Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents reporting data to senior leadership to assist with hiring decisions.Recruits for Director level and above positions for the Government Services and Munitions lines of business. Point of contact for the Government Services and Munitions leadership regarding talent needs for those business lines. Partners with other COEs to proactively pipeline talent, solution hiring needs and enhance the candidate experience through orientation/onboarding.Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and will maintain responsibility for compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) as it relates to hiring. Partner with IT to manage internal reporting dashboards. Distributes balanced scorecards to leadership to ensure equitable hiring practices are achieved.Manages external job board relationships to ensure job advertisements are successfully distributed to various job boards. Monitors TAP job board usage for ROI. Ensures job posting adhere with EEOC/ADA posting requirements. Maintains compliance with various privacy notices and other legal notifications as it relates to hiring.Oversees military recruiting program. Manages partnerships between military bases/Veteran programs and Veterans seeking employment. Partners with senior leaders, HR and hiring managers to create meaningful Veteran internships to expand talent pool .
