Job description---Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a full-time maintenance mechanic to join our team within Philadelphia's best kept secret in the condominium community! The right candidate for this position is an experienced, customer service driven individual with a positive attitude. We welcome a creative and knowledgeable problem solver.

Must be proficient in general residential and commercial maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

  • At least three professional references required.

Responsibilities:

Performs daily work orders as instructed by Chief or Asst. Chief Engineer in residential units and/or common and limited common element areas of building. Satisfactory completion of assigned work orders/ residential services. Must be proficient in general residential and commercial maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Monday - Friday -

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
