XOtech, LLC Logistics Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Active SECRET clearance required.
The Logistics Manager shall have sufficient authority for managing the task order and all associated tasks. This person shall be the single technical point of contact to the Government and to the NAVSEALOGCEN Managers. The ideal candidate should be skilled in writing and validating technical reports, analyzing metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Candidates should demonstrate good problem-solving skills and have experience overseeing accomplishments of multiple tasks. Candidates should be familiar with and have the ability to supervise and monitor the following types of activities:
- Project/Logistics Management
- Property Accountability Services
- Material Receipt and Inspection
- Offload and In-Check
- Receive, document, and induct In-Bound Materiel into Navy ERP
- Process Open Orders, Bills of Lading, Warehouse Movement Forms (WMFs), and Completed Files
- Discrepancy & Deficiency Reporting
- Government Acceptance Transaction Verification
- Identification & Cataloging
- Conduct Materiel Storage, Warehousing, COSIS & Issuing procedures
- Manage Warehousing/Re-warehousing operations and reporting
- Materiel Handling Equipment (MHE) and Lifting
- MHE Training and Licensing
- Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking (PPP&M)
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service Support
- Materiel Movement
- Supervise Motor Vehicle Operators (MVO)
- Provide Digital Data Management
*Travel: * This position may require occasional travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) to various locations.
Education: A four-year degree in a business, logistics, or related field. May substitute eight or more years of experience in a related field for this "desired" education.
Experience: Candidate shall have five or more years in related field.
