If you are a highly talented Litigation Support Analyst, we want to hear from you! 

This position is remote, candidates should reside in New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Short Hills, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, or Raleigh area. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • 2 years’ experience in litigation technology support including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications, such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction

  • Must have experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies

  • Excellent organizational skills required to manage a variety of complex projects with tight deadlines

  • Ability to work with varying levels of employees, paralegals, attorneys, and vendors with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Must have demonstrated proficiency in the entire litigation support process including the use of database management searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production, and trial support

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required to resolve complex issues using technology

  • Must be able to handle high stress situations and deal successfully with conflict

  • Must be able to exercise sound independent judgment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

What will your day look like?

As a Litigation Support Analyst, you will assist with managing cases/projects on various levels and at various stages of the litigation process. You will create and support various databases throughout the duration of a case/matter including creating user accounts, granting access, creating review layouts, and assisting with searches. You will also provide daily metrics of document reviews, generate data production, and perform quality control before data is produced. You’ll process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into the data review platform. You will assist attorneys in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment in the courtroom and provide court assistance as required.

In this role, you will assist with data import and exports and data manipulation, as needed. You will also process ESI through sophisticated technology applications for data analysis, such as Clearwell. You’ll target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engineers. You will assist with collection efforts on an as needed basis. You will also provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed and assist in developing/maintaining best practices for the department.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $ 46.00 - $76.00 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
