WTW Finance Business Partner - Integrated and Global Solutions in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing key business relationships with key stakeholders within Finance and the Business. Your primary goal is to provide insights and strategic support to your business, supporting them with efficient and effective decision-making, leading to growth in the business.

The Role

  • Owns P&L management for businesses (revenue, expense, profitability)

  • Provide insight to business leaders based on robust financial analysis and develops options for decision-making on revenue and expense management actions

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and insights on business strategy, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Provide financial leadership across finance and business to set clear achievable goals

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to business operations.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the organization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on business performance and trends.

  • Monitor progress on projects impacting the business and report variances to relevant leadership.

  • Responsible for managing key business relationships with key stakeholders within Finance and the Business

  • Provide leadership oversight to identify opportunities to streamline and improve business operations

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in a relevant role with a strong understanding of company performance including how to budget, plan, forecast and report performance and analyze variance.

  • Understands and anticipates clients’ business and financial needs, builds relationships and provides clear and thoughtful insights and leading-edge solutions/services as a trusted, strategic finance business partner

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
