Responsibilities

The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the property’s facilities functions.

  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests

  • Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

  • Acts as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors

  • Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed

  • Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment

  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum two years of related experience required

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
