Seeking a Digital Project Manager to work a contract role with a well - known technology organization.

Position Overview:

The Digital Project Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through the process of dismantling the former Studio structure while maintaining operational continuity. This individual will be responsible for identifying key areas for transformation, developing and executing a roadmap, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify pain points, and prioritize areas for transformation.

  • Develop and implement a detailed roadmap for untangling the functions previously managed by Studio , taking into account dependencies, timelines, and resource constraints.

  • Act as a liaison between leadership, creatives, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.

  • Monitor progress against milestones, proactively identify risks and issues, and take corrective action as needed to keep the transformation on track.

  • Serve as a part-time detective, digging deep to uncover hidden interdependencies, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of the transformation, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

  • Support the development of new processes, tools, and workflows to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex transformation projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate through uncertainty with resilience and adaptability.

  • Basic understanding of the creative process and content/creative roles preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

  • MS Office/PowerPoint
