Macquarie Data Manager - Marketing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Marketing Data Manager and be a part of a cross-functional Product Team that supports key business initiatives, leading on all aspects of data product management to help the Product Owner and Development team drive digitalization through well-managed, automated, and governed data. Based in either our New York or Philadelphia office, you will work alongside our Marketing businesses, where you will play a significant role in designing and executing the future through strategically-focused digital marketing solutions. What role will you play? You will collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, Technology, Operations, and Support functions to drive alignment to our data principles and make it easier to deliver digital experiences to our clients and Client Solutions Group. Contributing to the team's overall strategy, you will help to define, locate, trace and model data processes, including data ownership, classification, Data Element to Business Element relationships, and data flows recorded in the data catalogue. Daily responsibilities will include running workshops, analyzing existing and future business process, developing conceptual data models, managing data quality, documenting user journeys, Agile story writing, and coordinating business testing. Salary range for this position: $145,000 - $180,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
What you offer: Previous experience in data-driven Marketing. Strong understanding of Marketing in financial markets or asset management. Deep experience in data management or business analysis, with a focus on data. Familiarity with Agile methodology and knowledge of asset management data flows and associated data domains (e.g. portfolios, funds, trades, securities, performance).
