Unisys Corporation Corporate Governance Paralegal in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: REQ553582-1 What success looks like in this role:

Provides paralegal support to the corporate governance function.

Provides on-site internal services such as administrative services, food services, reprographic, mailroom, shipping and receiving, warehousing, material handling, and ground transportation.

Applies knowledge of company processes, systems and procedures utilizing a broad range of administrative skills.

Support services may be provided to any function, i.e. finance, legal, engineering, facilities, where the work is primarily of an administrative nature.

Usually leads and directs a team of professional individual contributors with specific assigned program objectives.

Interprets and applies policy and translates goals into programs/projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Professional legal qualification

Minimum 7 years prior experience

Experience with Diligent governance software highly preferred.

Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping and time management skills.

Proficient computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Experience working with senior leadership and external legal institutions.
