Key responsibilities include all aspectsof the college recruitment process, including managing the application funnel and generatingapplications, and managing the prospective student relationship from point of application through enrollment for both first year and transfer populations.The Assistant Director interacts with prospective students and their families during individualmeetings, information sessions, and campus events to build a relationship, answer questions,and explain the benefits of attending Drexel University. The Assistant Director also counselsaccepted undergraduate first year and/or transfer students through the enrollment process tofacilitate a smooth transition to Drexel.The Assistant Director will be responsible for recruiting prospective students both locally andnationally through visits to high school, college fairs, conferences, community events, and virtual fairs within a designated territory. In addition, the Assistant Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment territories, travel scheduling and planning, meeting with students, parents and guidance counselors, representing Drexel University at on and offcampus events, and reviewing applications (both domestic and international).
