Duties:

Office assistant with administrative duties including travel and preparation of document packages, copying, filing. As well as management of email and other data using Excel, Access, and other Microsoft products as necessary. Make travel arrangements, assist preparation of travel authorizations and vouchers through the Concur system and direct coordination with staff (note: work occurs using Outlook and Teams and EPA Intranet Site) Includes, air, train and hotel reservations directly thru the CONCUR Travel system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 year(s) of experience in MS Office Products OR HS/GED Degree
