Adecco US, Inc. 3rd Shift Line Leader in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Job Title: Line Leader (Third Shift)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 12 AM to 8 AM
Pay: $24.29/hr, paid weekly.
Position Overview:
As a Line Leader, you will oversee the production team, ensuring maximum throughput while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review production requirements and assign tasks to team members based on skill sets.
Verify line clearance, incoming components, and conduct quality inspections.
Train personnel on safety and quality procedures.
Monitor production efficiency and report updates to the Production Supervisor.
Complete batch records and reconcile materials post-production.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations is highly preferred.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay Details: $23.79 per hour
