Overview:

The Senior Manager Performance Marketing will be responsible for leading the paid digital strategy, managing the digital media agency, developing and executing testing and learning experiments to drive growth. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business groups and external agencies to develop strategies and tests to generate leads and drive business revenues. The Senior Manager Performance Marketing will oversee a team of two digital marketers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the digital media agency to develop a paid digital marketing strategy that supports business objectives and drives growth.

  • Manage the agency and ensure that campaign strategies are properly executed.

  • Build (hands on keyboard) and manage campaigns for different product groups and ensure that business objectives are met within budget constraints.

  • Develop strategy for efficient local marketing in collaboration with channel partners.

  • Create a culture of experimentation within the team and encourage new ideas.

  • Develop and report on KPIs that help measure success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions around optimization.

  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in performance marketing to inform new experiments and testing ideas.

  • Work closely with other marketing teams to execute omnichannel efforts and to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

  • Build and lead a team of digital marketers in the development and implementation of successful campaigns.

*Minimum Qualifications:  *

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in marketing, Business, or related field

Work Experience

  • Requires 5 years of experience in performance marketing hands on keyboard development of campaign strategies from inception to execution and management in Paid Search and Paid Social (deep experience Meta, Google) including 2 years of management-level experience.

  • Experience building and leading a highly effective performance marketing team.

  • Experience developing and implementing successful paid digital marketing campaigns in a leadership role.

  • Experience managing and/or working closely with digital media agencies and vendors.

  • Experience using GA4 for analysis and reporting
