onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join their IT Data & Analytics team to deliver the business intelligence (BI) technologies, processes, and dashboards the company needs to be a data-driven organization.

This BI Analyst role, located in Malaysia, is primarily focused on guiding our delivery of world class business BI & reporting solutions across the enterprise. This will require a combination of technical expertise in BI tools and the accompanying data architecture, as well analytical & communication skills necessary to identify, implement, and manage the best practices and governance applied in our environment.

This opportunity will ask a candidate to have the following performance objectives:

  • Directly develop BI dashboards for strategic projects

  • Deploy and manage BI governance practices to ensure our BI platforms are effective and efficient

  • Foster our BI developer community with knowledge sharing and training opportunities

  • Manage vendors supporting these BI platforms to ensure we're leveraging latest features and getting proper support

  • Manage contractors supporting and developing the BI solutions for projects

  • Produce high quality documentation and communication materials
