What part will you play?

As Head of Partner Management you will be part of the Siemens Malaysia Digital Industries team, driving transformational growth across our business partner channel. In this role you will be responsible to:

· Lead strategic growth initiatives through our partner channel based on market intelligence data

· Drive industry and technology communities across our partner network and in alignment with our industry and technology experts

· Cooperate with our Business Development, Product Management and Project Management teams in matters of strategic and tactical portfolio positioning.

· Establishing and committing to a long-term business direction based on an analysis of systemic information and consideration of resources, market drivers, organizational values, and emerging economic, technological, and regulatory conditions.

· Plan, set and ensure fulfillment of partners’ annual business volume targets.

· Prospecting, Developing, and Growing the partners annual business volume targets

· Implementation and further development of partner channel sales handbook and business conduct guidelines

What you need to make real what matters?

· B.Eng / B.Sc in Electronics / Electrical / Control / Mechatronics Engineering

· More than 15 years of related working experience in sales channel and distributorship management, development of partners network

· Knowledge in business administration / marketing would be an added advantage

· Experienced in managing teams, preferably in an intercultural environment

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as experience in customer (big-) data analytics

· Solid understanding of the Malaysian industry sector and its market drivers

· Furthermore, you are experienced in working efficiently as part of a matrix organization, having excellent knowledge of English
