JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for BAU support activities after CMMS account transitions. Oversee the configuration and troubleshooting of CBRE applications post account transition. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering CBRE applications capacity and limitations, and form of desired results.

Not only possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of CBRE systems, but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Directs the activities of others and responsible for reviewing the quality of deliverables of Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for BAU application support activities and manage/monitoring of support ticket queue.

  • Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments related to application support, including incident management, while contributing to overall team performance.

  • Maintain support documents, SOPs, knowledge base and user guides for internal and external users.

  • Data template creation and training to the account team members.

  • Front end application setup, Configuration and Data upload as per account needs. Troubleshooting of functionalities and coordinating with product teams to fix the bugs / customization.

  • Conduct application demo and training session for account team and client users.

  • Good understanding of ITIL based process implementation and support.

  • Builds relationships with internal clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being met.

  • Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 4+ years of experience, and must have prior application support experience along with Incident and Change management system.

  • CMMS system knowledge will be an added advantage.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

  • ITIL

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.
