The candidate will be responsible for leading business transformation projects and managing relevant business processes. The candidate is expected to understand business KPIs and translate to meaningful management scorecards. This involves communication with colleagues across the Digital Industries Division in various functions - Sales, Finance, Partner Management, Marketing and Senior Management.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
Drive Sales target agreements and business reporting
Optimize business processes for data collection, report generation and data visualization to support data driven analysis
Perform data analysis to identify gaps, trends and forecasts. Interpret findings to provide meaningful insights to support business objectives.
Monitoring the overall health of the Sales opportunity pipeline and providing analysis per Business Type, Sales Channel and Win/lose analysis
Responsible for master data maintenance in CRM tool
Requirements:
8 to 10 years (preferably in a Technology Company)
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Experienced in developing workflows and analytics modules using business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and spreadsheets.
Experienced using CRM tools like Salesforce
