As the Sous Chef in charge of Banquets, you will serve as the culinary visionary, leading a team of passionate individuals to create extraordinary dining experiences. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:
Immersing yourself in day-to-day kitchen operations
Responsibility for ensuring high quality restaurant standard food is showcased throughout our entire banquet operation
Inspiration and guidance for our kitchen team, fostering a culture of culinary excellence
Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
Assurance that every dish reflects our steadfast commitment to quality and taste
Collaboration across departments to curate exceptional dining experiences
Ensures food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times
Purchases appropriate supplies and manages food and supply inventories according to budget.
Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines
Supports and assists with new menus, concepts for Banquets.
