Ray White and Loan Market Sales Performance Specialist in Perth, Australia

In the last twelve months, Ray White Western Australia has become the fastest growth market for the Ray White Group (based on Market Share Growth). This has created an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Performance Specialist to join the WA Corporate team. Based in Perth, the role offers a wide variety of responsibilities to support the skill development and growth of the sales arm of the business throughout the entire state of WA.

Objectives of this role

The Sales Performance Specialist will work directly with the Group Head of Performance, the national performance team, and the CEO - WA, in supporting the growth of our businesses and sales people throughout the state. 

The Sales Performance Specialist will provide support and guidance via a multi-layered approach that includes group training, individual office training, and guiding business owners, lead agents, recruitment, and auctions. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Sales Performance Training Programs

  • Deliver 3 core training programs under the guidance of the Group Head of Performance. These programs cater to audiences from new industry agents through to our top performing Chairman’s Elite performers. 

  • Ensure success in our national performance objectives such as Real Estate of Origin and Sales Masterclass Series by driving registrations and contributing to content creation and presentations to national and state audiences

  • Deliver sales training presentations to the WA network at Sales Symposium events

  • Sales Performance Consultancy

  • Work with WA franchisees on growth strategies, tailored to their unique needs and ambitions

  • Deliver outcomes inline with company and state strategies for sales growth through the skill development and structural improvements in WA sales businesses and agent EBUs, in consultation with local franchisees

  • Identify recruitment opportunities in support of existing franchisee needs

  • Auctions (optional but advantageous)

  • Conduct auctions as required for the WA network

  • Create an auction culture, driving auction market share growth, and internal auction share growth

  • Educate and create accountability for the WA network on benefits of auction and assist with auction listing growth 

  • Recruitment

  • Working with the state CEO to create a pipeline of potential sales agent recruits

  • Conduct 5x recruitment meetings per week with sales agents outside of our network

  • Assist existing network with growing teams, helping identify required roles, and assisting with the successful execution of the team growth plan

  • Conducting state-based recruitment events for existing and new to industry candidates

     

    Who you are: 

  • Have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate (sales preferred, but not essential)

  • Ability to deliver a positive customer service experience

  • Ability to deliver business planning and coaching

  • Facilitating training and development via virtual and face-to-face training

  • Ability to have challenging conversations

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Able to build client rapport quickly

  • Disciplined, well-presented, and performance-oriented
