Overview

To provide Salesforce training and content development assistance in addition to other support to the Training Team.

Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery and facilitation of classroom and/or virtual training for Salesforce. Assists with the management of the overall Salesforce training schedules for the organization. Create training resources: videos, "how to" guides, templates, eLearning. Review and maintain all training materials on a regular basis. Proactively stay up to date with Salesforce functionalities and business process/protocols. Engage internal colleagues to learn/shadow as needed and ask for the user's input in developing training. Responsible for coordination of training materials, room reservations, and meeting maintenance. Schedule and manage training sessions in the Team calendar and coordinator with LMS Administrator. Send communications to promote classes and provide other pertinent information. Serve as producer, as needed, for online virtual learning events. Review classes in Articulate and provide feedback.

Qualifications

Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; Some college-level coursework in Human Resources or business-related field preferred Previous work experience preferred. Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to interact well with Team Members at various levels. Strong attention to details and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Articulate or other eLearning platforms a plus) Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
