Summary

The Junior Project Supervisor position is a training position to gain the knowledge, skill, ability, and interest of becoming a Driveline Retail Project Supervisor. This position provides the training and practical experience, over a period of up to six months, that is necessary to becoming a Retail Project Supervisor. The Junior Project Supervisor will be responsible for conducting and assisting the Project Manager with leading large-scale resets and projects, store remodels, and new store sets. This position will also be responsible for managing and leading hourly labor as needed. The Junior Project Supervisor is responsible for reporting the completion of assignments, and ensuring resets are done accurately, completely, and on time.

What It takes:

  • The ability to travel and work as part of a larger team, servicing various retail locations across the country.

  • In addition to leading and managing team members, Junior Project Supervisors are part of a working team.

  • Daily jobs include: moving and installing fixtures and gondolas, setting new planograms, moving shelves and fixtures, unloading trucks, and stocking shelves, to name just a few.

What It requires:

  • A desire to work and travel as part of a team. Jobs work 8-12 hours per day, with job durations from 3 days to multiple weeks.

  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time is needed.

A few musts:

  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Valid, personal automobile insurance

  • Must meet the minimum qualifications to be able to rent a vehicle
