GovCIO Project Analyst in Pensacola, Florida

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Analyst to work with CNATT at NAS Pensacola overseeing the development of courses that require classroom resources such as equipment. This position will be located in Pensacola, FL and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

GovCIO is seeking a Program Analyst (PA) with previous project management experience overseeing the development of courses that require classroom resources such as equipment. The PA will work with Government stakeholders, Instructional Designers (ID) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to design and develop Interactive Courseware (ICW) in support of Naval Aviation Warfare Command Training Support Detachment’s (NAWC TSD) implementation of the Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) Learning Content, Material, and Curriculum aligning with Sailor 2025 objectives. NETC E2E and resource planning in a training environment experience is preferred. This is a Pensacola, FL opportunity that requires full-time in-office support and a secret clearance.

Specific Duties/Job Requirements

  • Perform and support Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Fielding Plan implementation and evaluation of curriculum documents for the local NAWC TSD Learning Center

  • Using Government Furnished Information (GFI) and approved Analysis and Design products oversee the development of training resources according to the RRL standards

  • Proficient use of advanced-level capabilities of Microsoft application software

  • Ability to work in a production-driven environment and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the NAWC TSD development team

  • Work as a NAWC TSD courseware development team member and lead working group meetings and conferences as required

  • Develop Milestone decision templates, reports, and presentations to include:

  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

  • Periodic In-Process Reviews

  • Work Plan (WP)

  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

  • Conference Meeting Agendas and Minutes

  • Assist with evaluating analysis, design, and development products to include:

  • Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA)

  • Training Project Plan (TPP)

  • Course Training Task List (CTTL)

  • Training Course Control Document (TCCD)

  • Course Master Schedule (CMS)

  • Instructional Media Materials

  • Instructional Media Design Plan (IMDP)

  • Testing Plan

  • Coordinate and collaborate with NAWC TSD stakeholder, SMEs, and IDs to analyze, design, develop, and implement resources for training

  • Lead NAWC TSD team in implementing program planning timelines, tracking, execution of the projects and financial expenditures

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

  • Clearance Required: Active Secret

  • Experience defining program objectives and requirements, and directing and coordinating project effort

  • Possess superior analytical, writing, and editing skills and the ability to produce senior executive level briefings

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior Navy experience desired

  • Possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in a discipline or technical field related to the work effort

  • Experience working in a collaborative environment supporting instructional analysis, design, and development

  • Experience in project management, oversight, and technical support

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
