TEL Staffing Aerospace Staffing Coordinator in Pensacola, Florida

Now hiring for a full timeStaffing Coordinatorin our Specialty Staffing Division of Aerospace and Production inPensacola, FL.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct applicant screenings, phone interviews, reference checks, background checks, drug screens, etc.

  • Create and maintain job descriptions.

  • Track each step of recruitment process.

  • Submit weekly reports of recruiting statistics.

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

  • Post job openings online, Job boards, print ads, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

  • Work with Clients to ensure placement needs meets expected standards

  • Conduct regular follow-up with Clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

  • Update the company website Job Opportunity page to assist in recruiting.

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

  • Give constant updates to candidates and clients about status of interviews.

  • Provide updates on open positions in weekly meetings.

  • Enter and update all candidate and client information in an Applicant Tracking system.

  • Other duties as assigned, to include prospecting potential new clients

PAY| $15.45/hr. plus monthly bonus for job placements

SCHEDULE| Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hr lunch)

REQUIREMENTS| Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test. Experience in recruiting is preferred.

This position is Direct Hire.
