Pay rate: $ 25.00

Start date 7/26/2021

End Date: 12/31/2021

Hours: 8AM – 5PM or 9-6pm with some flexibility but must be able to work Est time zone

Job Overview:

  • Full be doing full cycle recruiting with a heavy focus on the sourcing and the identification of talent. This will still include though taking identified candidates through setting interviews with manager and through the offer process interacting with HRBP and compensation office.

  • The roles supported would be within Operations (ie Commercial lending- inclusive of loan processors as an example and then also the AML group and their positions). These positions would be a mixture of exempt and non-exempt roles.

  • Would be more of a medium volume, not a high volume like customer care or as specialized as our technology group but right in the middle.

  • For the sourcing they would likely have access to zip recruiter, Monster and Workday database

  • For a typical day, they would likely spend half their day sourcing including candidate screens, then the other half meeting with managers, their teammates/recruiters as well as completing administrative work including setting interviews and extending offers.

  • They will also be working on and updating spreadsheets so having excel experience would be nice.

  • They could expect to have 25-30 reqs at a time

  • Would look to fill 15-20 a month

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required

  • 3rd party recruiting experience, corporate experience or a blend of the two

  • Workday experience is a must

  • High Volume recruiting

  • Good with follow up and service to managers is critical (customer focus)

  • Organization and good time management

  • Previous retail hiring experience, banking additionally a plus
