We are currently seeking an installer to join the Project team to work on new construction and renovation work for our clients which include commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Job requirements:

  • Assemble and install commercial HVAC systems, which include any HVAC equipment, ductwork and piping per plans, specs, submittals and best practices

-Read and understand blueprints, addendums, design specifications and shop drawings to be followed in the construction or assembly of air and hydronic systems and all HVAC products being installed

-Coordinate installation of the HVAC systems with the builder and other trades

-Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, contractors, and fabrication shop to complete projects on a timely basis and within budget

-Maintain tools, supplies and/or company equipment to ensure availability of equipment in safe operating conditions

-Adhere to company safety procedures and policy, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and operation of company vehicles and equipment

-Climb ladders, scaffolding, and use of man lifts to perform work duties

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and understand blueprints

5+ years of recent and consecutive HVAC installation experience

Proficient in all HVAC design and installation of duct and piping systems

Provide own small hand tools

Good mechanical aptitude, effective time management skills

Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (5 years)
