BAYADA Home Health Care Manager, Program and Transaction Integration Management in Pennsauken, New Jersey

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for an experienced Program Manager to fill the role of Manager, Program and Transaction Management. This position is responsible to manage short- and long-term projects by setting deadlines, coordinating teams, assigning tasks and reporting progress, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring projects are initiated and completed according to timeline, budget, and specifications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.

  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.

  • Embody BAYADA’s mission and core values in all activities.

  • Manage and contribute to project teams of all sizes and backgrounds.

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation for assigned projects.

  • Support stakeholders in the generation of business cases/project proposals.

  • Conduct project planning sessions.

  • Facilitate the creation of detailed business requirements.

  • Timely assess and effectively mitigate project risks.

  • Generate detailed project plans.

  • Track project work using a standard suite of tools.

  • Monitor project progress, adapting to changes as needed.

  • Conduct periodic project health evaluations and create detailed reports for leadership.

  • Tailor project management tactics to be suitable for the team and required effort.

  • Coordinate internal and external project resources.

  • Initiate and participate in process improvement assessment and implementation.

  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.

  • Four (4) year college degree.

  • Two (2) to five (5) years project management experience.

  • Relevant prior experience, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) requirements.

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, writing, and presentation.

  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others, including both direct reports and colleagues at all levels of the enterprise.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to meeting deadlines while producing the optimal work product.

  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and making decisions in high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritizing competing deadlines.

  • Innate curiosity, a strong drive to learn, adaptability, and commitment to continuous process improvement.

  • Comfortable with change and adept at change management.

  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
