Responsible for clinical supervision of 6 license eligible employees. Required to carry a case load. Training, on-call coverage, and representing the program in the community as requested, planning, developing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program especially with regards to telehealth activities and referrals. Maintains positive working relationship with community agencies requiring telehealth services. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served. The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served. He or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.

Hours:

Full Time, some evening hours required. This is a 40 hour full time benefitted position which includes:

  • Free CEU training opportunities, paid training days

  • Reoccurring Six Month Retention Bonus

  • $1,500 sign on bonus; $750 at 30 days and $750 at 90 days

  • 3.2 weeks of PTO in first year

    Education/Experience:

    Master’s Degree with clinical experience of at least 5 years Post-Master’s. NJ Clinical License as LCSW for minimum of two years and Certified Clinical Supervisor or other requirements set forth by NJ State licensing authorities to clinically supervise license eligible clinicians. Credentialing/experience with public and private payers/insurance preferred.
