Head Start Family Partner: Join our team of caring professionals providing high quality services and education to children and families. Pro Action’s Head Start Program is seeking applicants for the full-time position of a Family Partner in the Penn Yan area. Responsibilities of this position include recruiting for and enrolling eligible children and families, completing home visits with program participants, providing parent education and family engagement opportunities, supporting families in a goal setting process and accessing additional resources, and assisting with classroom activities as needed. This is a 10-month position that follows the school calendar year.RequirementsA minimum of credential, certification, or degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, early childhood education, or related field is preferred at hire or within 18 months of hire. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and flexibility.
