  • POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for following production and supply sheets to prepare appropriate quantities of menu items for meals. Meets production schedules, assuring high quality products and preventing food wastage. Responsible for, following portion control guidelines to ensure quality services. Responsible for providing a tray presentation that is neat, clean and appealing to the eye. Follows diet orders and tray notes on tray tickets accurately.
