Finger Lakes Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist Supervisor to lead our team of Therapists at John D. Kelley Out Patient Mental Health Clinic, located in Penn Yan, NY.

The Lead Clinical Therapist will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and crisis services. In this position, the Lead Clinical Primary Therapist will undertake planning, problem-solving and quality improvement activities; provide clinical supervision to the clinical team, and assist the department director in assuring smooth, effective delivery of care in response to client and community needs.

The John D. Kelly Clinic, offers individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and behavioral issues in an outpatient setting . The clinic is staffed with licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors, care managers, and a psychiatrist, offering a truly collaborative approach to care.

The clinic also offers Care Management Services to individuals in need of assistance. These services help individuals navigate their way through other medical services such as, community agencies, housing programs, medications, social services benefits. The clinic operates within Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, which offers 24-hour crisis services for prompt care of psychiatric emergencies within the Emergency Department.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work with Certification

License: LCSW,

3 years of experience as a licensed therapist required

Salary Range: $30.63-$34.27
