Your Job

  • To improve and sustain cleanroom contamination free manufacturing control.

  • Host the weekly management 6S engineering audits.

  • Use SPACE to monitor SPC charts. Understand all the PR rules and follow CAS correctly. Able to create SPACE SPC charts and set control limits.

  • Operate the Air-Sentry II AMC POU unit and perform zero calibration on the unit.

  • Operate mobile particle counter and surface particle counter.

  • Monitor and analyze environmental AMC.

  • Analyze weekly IC and VOC sampling result and follow-up on OOC point.

  • Lead investigation for OOC alarm due to online particles or AMC alarms to identify the area and process tools to shutdown.

  • Co-ordinate with modules and facilities to drive CFM issues to address CA/PA.

  • Forecast annual CFM maintenance budget/expenditures.

  • Lead investigation for pod contamination cases and improve on existing pod cleaning SOP.

  • Write and establish SOP/Protocol in relation to CFM.

  • Assist new Technicians on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their mentor.

  • Conduct HR Orientation Training for CFM Introduction to new hires.

  • Write monthly report to account for CFM monthly accomplishment and project updates.

  • Set Expectation and carry out performance appraisal for Technician or AE as instructed by Section Manager

  • Complete at least two projects per year related to CFM improvement.

  • Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering

  • 2-3 years working experience in Electrical / Electronics industry

  • Familiar with objectives and function of 6S Audits

  • Team Player

  • Good ownership and accountability

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexible and able to support overtime

  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and disciplined

  • Good analytical skills

  • Perform Normal/ Swing Shift if required
