Global Foundries Admin Executive in Penang, Malaysia

Oversee the administrative support services to the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager.

  • Provides administrative support to nonexecutive or executive employees or groups in the organization exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.

  • Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, functional function systems) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, data entry, etc.

  • Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email.

  • Maintains files, databases, records, calendars, and diaries.

  • Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of standards, policies and practices for the organization.

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

  • Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), Sales Order (SO) and quotation.

  • Coordination & organization of internal programs/activities (workshops/

training).

  • Meeting with external parties (vendor, customer and others).

  • Prepare and draft the minute meeting.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

  • Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

  • Coordinate & Lead Hub communication
