We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Network Administrator to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TCP/IP, network monitoring, and route switching. The Network Administrator will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the network systems that support core organizational functions

  • Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.

  • Implement and manage TCP/IP network configurations and services.

  • Conduct regular network performance tuning and capacity planning.

  • Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure security and reliability.

  • Monitor network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network performance.

  • Maintain accurate network documentation and inventory records.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to support and integrate network solutions.

  • Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in network administration

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network services.

  • Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.

  • Proficiency in route switching and configuring routers and switches.

  • Familiarity with network security practices and protocols.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
