What

We're

Looking For

-

Four-year college degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agriculture or Electrical Engineering

with

a

minimum of two years

related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-

Demonstrated

proficiency

in electrical engineering, including

a deep knowledge

of electrical principles, components, and

application into

control systems.

-

Proven a

bility

to design complex electrical harnesses with

a high level

of detail to meet the needs of a rugged application.

-

Proficiency

with CAD software (e.g., Zuken e3,

Solidworks

, AutoCAD).

-

Proficiency

in developing, debugging, and deploying electrical systems for heavy machinery

with

a

large variety of circuits

.

-

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-functional teamwork to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall product design.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple electrical design tasks concurrently,

exhibiting

strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience with CAN (Controller Area Network) communication protocols such as SAE J1939.

-

Proficiency

with electrical analysis tools

such as

mu

ltimeters,

oscilloscopes,

CAN diagnostic,

frequency generators,

and

programmable loads

.

Understanding of design considerations

regarding

wire harness manufacturing processes.

-

Experience

utilizing

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) or other tools to

identify

vulnerabilities in control systems.

Understanding of embedded hardware circuitry and considerations for system interactions.

Experience

with

data analysis tools such as

Ncode

Knowledge

of environmental and safety

standards applicable to
