Job Summary

A strong candidate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding the product they need. We're looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and exhibits phenomenal customer service.

You'll

Do

  1. Supports the daily operations of the Vermeer Promotional Store, including sales transactions, fulfilling orders, placing orders to restock inventory, inventory management, weekly balancing and accounting reports, setting attractive displays, creating flyers and promotional pieces to generate sales.

Coordinate

other logistical elements of events

with direction from the Pavilion Manager

regarding

events and visits.

Execute and partner with store team members to efficiently and professionally complete sales transactions, support inventory processes, and foster a pleasant retail environment.

  1. Fulfill

customer orders, in store and online, with detailed accuracy, followed by invoicing and shipping. Run weekly

reconciliation reports.

  1. Proactively respond to customer emails and inquiries in

a timely

and professional manner.

  1. Plan for and support The Hangar presence during key on and off-site events.

Provide

cross-functional support for

Global

Pavilion Coordinator role as needed.

What

We're

Looking For

High School diploma

required

with six months of customer service experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

required

Previous

retail

experience is preferred.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while

excellent customer service

skills.

Ability to effectively manage time and resources.

Occasional

travel is expected of this position.

Work Location

ONSITE: A team member's day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
