Overview

Maintenance Associate Job Purpose: ensure the appearance and functionality of Quarles’ card-lock loca tions in the West Texas area . Provide technical service for dealer and municipal fuel stations in West Texas service area. Maintain a crisop corporate image by doing minor clean up, painting , decal application and other assigned activities . Diagnose and service / repair hoses, nozzles and other hanging hardware on fuel dispensers. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Present safety focused, positive and supportive attitude to customers, associates and community

  • Routinely report in to Facilities Dispatch for work order status updates

  • Evaluate facility status , address issues, and/or report issues that cannot be addressed to management

  • Routine g eneral clean ing and trash collection / disposal for fuel pumps, islands, pavement, and equipment sheds

  • Service, maintain, and repair fuel station hanging hardware, i.e. hoses, nozzles, hanging hardware, filters, hose retrievers

  • Install signs, decals, and image / informational related graphics - Paint and label fuel fills

  • Respond to minor spills / notify management of spill events

  • Document spill incidents and accidents with photos attached to text messages and emails

  • Monitor and update work order status using laptop to access MyTitan web site

  • Coordinate maintenance and service for company assigned vehicle and equipment

  • Performs additional duties as needed

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Hi gh school diploma or equivalent .

  • S elf-motivated, mechanically inclined, clean driving record, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service .

  • Familiar with using laptop for email and MyTitan work orders .

  • Able to drive to multiple locations each day and complete work orders specific to each location.
