As a Settlement Administrator, you will play a critical role by managing the completion of settlements for our high-volume homebuilding operations. You'll be responsible for managing settlements for all our NVR customers within a homebuilding region and ensuring their successful home closing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • ​ Coordinate settlement, documentation, and timing of settlement with customers, field operations, and Mortgage/Settlement Services staff

  • Confirm exhibits required, as related to the customer's specific type of closing, and confirm timeframe for receipt of required exhibits

  • Obtain signatures for all required exhibits from involved parties (seller, buyer, realtor) & review documents to confirm accurate completion

  • Oversee preparation of closing file and shipping transmittal to lender & organize in-house loan files

  • Some local travel may be required to conduct settlements outside the office on an exception basis

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience closing loans

  • Working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite, especially Excel program.

  • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
